Barcelona History

The Barcelona is one of the most important teams that helps to many national selections. The Barcelona history started in 1899 with a foreigner from Barcelona called Joan Gamper. Barcelona took 20 years to be one of the best in the Liga.
From 1919 to 1930 the Barcelona has his golden age because they started to get good players like Zamora, the first best goalkeeper or when they got his own stadium LES CORT  at his 25 years, in the same 11 years they got his first title of the Liga.
From1930-1939 the team was passing difficult times with political stability and crisis in general that couldn't fail to affect FC BARCELONA .
The team forgot what happened and the team got up again with perseverance of the team.
1950-1961 Kubala was the president so he decided to construct the Camp Nou  inaugurated in 1957.
1961-1969 the Barcelona didn’t have anymore the golden decade.
1969-1978 The Barcelona started to bought foreign players and the name of Johan Cruyff started to sound, until it came true.
As we know the Barcelona was not born like the fist one, from 1978 to 1989 the Barcelona had the purpose to be the best club in the world and now is true.
88-96 the Barcelona was the dream team , the first team won the European trophy by the hand of Cruyff
98-08 the Barcelona got his century and they did a commemorative event to show the fans the progress.
08-16 The barcelona got many titles with Pepe Guardiola, those 6 titles are:  
Copa del Rey League  
Champions League 
Spanish Super Cup 
European Super Cup
FIFA World Club Cup
